Alicja Staniszewska
The Oskar Kolberg Music School in Radom
Alicja Staniszewska is a student at the Oskar Kolberg Music School, where she studies violin under the guidance of Professor Agnieszka Cypryk. She has participated in numerous masterclasses led by distinguished virtuosos, including Mariusz Patyra, Łukasz Błaszczyk, Marcin Baranowski, Sławomir Tomasik, and Magdalena Rezler. Alicja has achieved notable success in numerous national and international violin competitions.
Among her many distinctions, Alicja was awarded the Grand Prize at the International Youth Music Competitions in 2024, which also included an invitation to perform at the laureates’ concert in New York. She additionally received Second Prize at the Nouvelles Étoiles International Competition for Young Musical Talents in 2024.
She has also appeared as a soloist at a wide range of concerts and festivals. In October 2025, she performed with the Archetti String Orchestra at the finale concert of the Young Musicians Festival in the concert hall of Katowice City of Gardens. In August 2025, she had the honor of performing in the prestigious ballroom of Łańcut Castle.
In November 2024, Alicja served as concertmaster during the final concert of the Lusławice Talent Orchestra at the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music, held in celebration of Poland’s Independence Day. Earlier that year, in September 2024, she gave a solo recital during the gala finale of the German-Polish Festival for Young People. Following her victory at the Wanda Wiłkomirska International Polish Music Competition, she was invited to perform a recital at the Jurassic Autumn Music Festival in October 2023.
